This spacious one bedroom apartment has a total area of 85 m2 and is located in Parkview Tower in JVC. It has room for two guests and is beautifully furnished with earth tones color palettes! The living room is a walk-in masterpiece, as it blends the color of the earth with a hint of green. It has an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, WIFI, central air conditioner, and a cute dining area with 4 chairs and a dining table. The large wall-to-wall window in the living room lets in natural light and it overlooks beautiful city landscapes and green parks. Right outside is a cute private balcony with two chairs and a small table, and a glass railing with beautiful black pavement, and overlooks breathtaking city landscapes. The kitchen in the apartment is open to the living area, separated by beautiful white bar with high chairs. It is neatly organized and has all the tools you might need - and more - for a comfortable stay, such as silverware, essential kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, espresso machine, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features one king-size bed dressed in light-colored linens, along with beautiful white and beige furniture crowned with two mint-green chairs facing the big oversized window - where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun with your favorite coffee. You can also choose to relax on the private balcony of the room, as it gives a top-view of the city. The room has a large wooded wardrobe and a private bathroom. The bathroom includes a bathtub with glass curtains, a toilet and a washbasin, and all amenities you might need during your stay, including shampoo, gel, hair dryer, cleaning products, and more. The apartment also features a second bathroom for guests with a toilet. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you might need, as well as hot water at all times.
