Compulsory charge of AED 1,200 per adult and AED 600 per child (6 - 11.99 years) applies on 31st December 2024. This charge includes a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and access to the lobby festivities. Please note any guest 11.99 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing. New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over 31st December 2024). Hotel requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including the gala dinner charges).

In case of early departure, the property will charge 1-night retention (unless mentioned otherwise on your confirmation).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of AED 200 is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
