Check-In & Identification:

Further details about check-in will be provided after all the requested documents are received and the damage deposit is paid.

Guests must submit identification such as valid passport before arrival.

The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance.

Payment:

For reservations valued over AED 3,200, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Damage Deposit

Guests must pay a damage deposit of 3000 AED prior to check-in.

This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

House Rules & Restrictions:

Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking inside (smoking on the terrace is allowed).

Violations and disturbances result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.

Additional Amenities:

Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).

If guests require parking, they are advised to contact the property in advance to get parking access.

COVID-19 Guidelines

In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.

需支付损毁押金：AED 3,000。 住宿将在到店前天收取此费用。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房后14天内此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
