Menawarkan kamar ber-AC di wilayah Bai Chay di Ha Long, Alex Hostel berjarak 14 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Bai Chay. The staff were amazing!! We really couldn’t of asked for anything more, we arrived late (early hours in the morning), and the key was left on the desk for us to let ourselves into our room. We were given the choice of which room we’d like to stay in too. Breakfast was amazing, we were even treated to extra fruit! We were helped out with booking a boat tour, and the owner even got us some dinner before we caught our night bus, as we were going to be short on time to have a shower and get food after our tour. We cannot recommend this hostel enough in Halong!

We chose a tour to explore Ha Long Bay in 1 day and get a tour discount when you book that tour at the hotel, it was really great, we were very satisfied with that trip. - The hotel is very close to the beach, you only walk about 5 minutes to the beach. - At the hotel we booked a car for our next destination with many bus and limousine options.

But the room, the breakfast and all other staff was quite good. The administrator helped me a lot, he was very friendly and kind.
