The location is excelent, right next to the old quarter. The room was nice, and the toilet was big and clean. The breakfast was very good, with many things. They give you information for a lot of tours, that you can book with them.

Cool hostel, great location and the rooftoop is awesome. There’s a happy hour when you can get a free beer and that’s so nice. Would recommend!

Set in the historical Old Quarter of Hanoi, Hanoi City Backpackers Hostel offers accommodations combined with warm hospitality in a quiet location. Free WiFi is available in rooms. Nice staff. Bunk bed with curtains and big locker! (My bag is 64 lts). Even before I arrived staff was nice, always replying my messages fast and clear. I arrived almost 12 am because my bus was late and my booking was respected. Check in was easy and fast. Perfect because I was very tired and wanted to sleep soon. In the morning breakfast was served on time and good quantity. I recommend! :)

The location is perfect. There are curtains for privacy, and reading lights. The staff were super nice too! They helped me extend my stay but were very gracious when I had a change of plan. They kept my luggage safe. The boy at the reception super helpfully helped me retrieve something I had forgotten the day after I checked out. The lady at the reception kept my mail safe for me. All in all probably the best hostel I've stayed at!
