Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. Amazing location, and very comfy bed! The room was quiet and the curtains around the beds were great. The breakfast in the hostel was lovely and very inexpensive. Had a great free walking tour around Hanoi too!

Well set in the Hoan Kiem district of Hanoi, Bông Hà Nội hostel is located 1.2 km from Hoan Kiem Lake, 800 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and 1.4 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. One of the best hostels in Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They had the best modern facilities and the location was excellent too.

Located in Hanoi, 3.2 km from West Lake, Musketeers Guest House provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I stayed here twice during my time in Vietnam and would definitely return. It’s very clean and new, the staff is super helpful and always available. The owner kindly helped me to find a suitable company for the Ha Giang loop and Ha Long Bay. The location is also great, a bit far out of the old town which is actually an advantage if you’re looking to stay in a bit calmer area, yet with many great restaurants and cafes around. Also, for CrossFit enthusiasts, the box is just a few minutes walk away :)

We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Everything was meticulously clean, the room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. True value for your money :)

Hanoi Central Backpackers Hostel has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Hanoi. The property is around 1.4 km from St. Cool hostel, great location and the rooftoop is awesome. There’s a happy hour when you can get a free beer and that’s so nice. Would recommend!

Loved the location in Old Quarter, close to everything. Hotel (Lavender) sister to Hanoi Backpackers Hostel were we had a deluxe double room with elevator was great. Hotel staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful to us. They arranged tours with pickup at front door. This hotel is beside the railway line and so many other facilities, food, drink, beauty treatments etc. Great healthy breakfast, fresh fruits, pancakes, omelette etc. Great coffee. Wifi in all areas. TV with Netflix etc. Fridge , kettle in room. Currency exchange, Laundry service, taxi service. Perfect English speakers

The sheets were crisp and fresh. The location is perfect. There are curtains for privacy, and reading lights. The staff were super nice too! They helped me extend my stay but were very gracious when I had a change of plan. They kept my luggage safe. The boy at the reception super helpfully helped me retrieve something I had forgotten the day after I checked out. The lady at the reception kept my mail safe for me. All in all probably the best hostel I've stayed at!

Attractively set in the centre of Hanoi, Cheers Hostel Hanoi features air-conditioned rooms, a garden and free WiFi. The room was clean. There's also free coffee and water on the lobby. We checked out early in the morning for our Ninh Binh tour, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them. We came back for our bags around 8PM then head to our bus to Sapa.
