Ben and Ori were excellent volunteers and made the stay phenomena. The pool is very clean for a hostel and the burgers were surprisingly good. The free breakfast is all you can eat off the breakfast menu and really makes the cost of the stay a great value.

We really couldn’t of asked for anything more, we arrived late (early hours in the morning), and the key was left on the desk for us to let ourselves into our room. We were given the choice of which room we’d like to stay in too. Breakfast was amazing, we were even treated to extra fruit! We were helped out with booking a boat tour, and the owner even got us some dinner before we caught our night bus, as we were going to be short on time to have a shower and get food after our tour. We cannot recommend this hostel enough in Halong!

We chose a tour to explore Ha Long Bay in 1 day and get a tour discount when you book that tour at the hotel, it was really great, we were very satisfied with that trip. - The hotel is very close to the beach, you only walk about 5 minutes to the beach. - At the hotel we booked a car for our next destination with many bus and limousine options.

The best thing about Lunas House are the people who work there! People very kind! Furthermore, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location is good and you can do almost everything on foot or rent a scooter at the hotel. Great place to socialize, as there is a restaurant next to the hotel.
