Good temperatures of water in the shower. Very clean and well-kept. Good A/C and mini-fridge. Plenty of complimentary bottles of water. Complimentary coffee and tea, cookies, and Mama noodles for breakfast. IF you have your own transportation, it's a good central location for getting around (and plenty of parking). Friendly staff, though probably not used to receiving many foreigners.

I recommend this place for students or parents who want to take a child to this University.
