Situated in Phra Ae beach and with Long Beach reachable within 400 metres, Happiness Hostel features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The property is set 1.2 km from Relax Bay Beach, 2.1 km from Secret Beach and 5.3 km from Saladan School. Post Office Ko Lanta is 12 km from the hostel and Mu Ko Lanta National Park is 20 km away. I really enjoyed my stay at Happiness Hostel. The beds are spacious and comfortable, ac works well and location is good. The staff is very kind and always available to help. Best thing about the hostel is the resident cat Fatty. He’s a vibe.

The owner and staff of the property will ensure that you have all you need. Plenty of options for food and drink (also and incredible value) just steps from the property mean you never have to go far from the resort. Boogie Bay Bar has a great happy hour from 5-7pm and live music some nights, Ina's German and Thai Restaurant (I believe she is closed for part of the off season) has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and much more a little farther down the beach!

All guest rooms at the hostel come with a seating area, a TV and a safety deposit box. Baan Longhaad provides some units that feature a balcony, and the rooms are equipped with a kettle. Guest rooms will provide guests with a microwave. The place was just perfect for our stay in Lanta. Very clean, nice balcony, really nice owner, and staff. The owner even got us some pineapple and water melon, while we were waiting for our taxi at departure. Thank you so much, we will be back for sure, if we are on the island again!! I rented the motorbike from this place too, very good. comfortable blanket. 5 mins walk to the beach.

There are food places nearby as well! + swimming pool next door you can use! Affordable price in Koh Lanta! 🤩 I stayed in a 4 bedder & 6 bedder as well (Extra space for the 6 Bedder) Love the place & the friendly staffs so much that I extended my stay from 2 nights to 23 nights! Made my trip to Koh Lanta a wholesome one! ❤️

The hostel itself is very nice. Walking down the road you can find a nice beach. It is a very social place, they have events going on every night. Despite of that, you can still sleep because you won’t hear it in the rooms.

I loved every minute of my stay in hub of joys and wanted to extend for many days but unfortunately had to move to my next destination.
