Highly recommend staying here whilst in Slovenia! Would also recommend hiring a car.

Facilities were top notch and Marko the host was the best! He cooked us a lovely breakfast each morning and was great to talk to. My favourite hostel I’ve ever stayed in!

Set beneath Bled Castle, the Travellers Haven Hostel provides free WiFi. It has a shared living room with LCD cable TV and computer. Lake Bled and the bus station are a 3-minute walk away. Colleen was great! My bus got in at 7am and she left a key out for me so I could get in and use the common spaces. Check in was easy and she was always available for recommendation and help! Really close to the lake and Bled castle as well. Social hostel as well for solo travelers.
