Even though it was a little rainy, the hiking nearby was really pretty, and it’s easy to hike or drive to explore a few of the schist villages from Lousã. We’d be thrilled to return!!

The hotel has a lovely kitchen where you can prepare food and it is always kept extremely clean. You can either eat food in the kitchen at the dining table or go to the terrace which is great if the weather permits. The breakfast they provide was also great value.
