Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel (a lovely converted old train station). Set in a wonderful country side. Ana and her dog are gems. Will be back for sure.

The rooms are provided with all necessities, and are very comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully designed and has a very luxurious feel. We got make good use of the patio and the pool, and although our stay was too short to take advantage of the roof terrace it looks very nice as well. The first impression we got from the listing definitely, although perfectly fine, doesn't do the place justice by a long shot. Additionally, Isabel is an incredibly caring and helpful host. She was very forthcoming in providing us with anything we needed, and even offered us a ride to the location our car was parked in so we wouldn't have to walk in the sun. All in all I couldn't recommend this place more. Me and my friends will definitely return here the next time we are in the area. Vincent, Carolina, Nuno and João

Hostel Old Evora II położony jest w zabytkowym centrum miasta Évora, 10 minut spacerem od dworca autobusowego i 2 minuty od głównego placu Praça do Giraldo. This might have been the best managed hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. I could see them diligently peddle around the place to keep everything clean, shiny, and in a perfect shape. (They have secret doors to enter and leave rooms unobserved!) Everything was super clean and working all the time, from shiny bathrooms, to spotless linen, clean floors and tabletops. The common room is beautiful, with large wooden tables and floors, spacious and bright. Kitchen is well equipped and extremely well thought through, everything works and is in a good shape. Breakfast is a classical Portuguese staple self-service, while everything is carefully replenished all the time. Hostel is also very well located, a 5 minute walk to the bus station, and within the old town. (If You ever thought of what a well designed and tested code would look like, if it were a hostel, think no more.)
