We had the private rooms so can’t comment on the dormitory. Private rooms were large, air conditioned and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and welcoming common areas.

I’ve been travelling for 6 months and staying in MANY hostels and this is hands down the best I’ve stayed at. The staff are extremely nice and always making sure you get what you need. The managers are also the best I’ve met during my trips. Shout out to Luigi, he’s doing an amazing job in the hostel. The food at the restaurant is also super good and affordable. The beds are double and super comfy. The rooms don’t have too many beds and the space is perfect. They even have a couple of super cute cats hanging around. the location is also perfect. It’s close enough to the beach (10-15 min walk) but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle of the center. The evenings and nights are super chill around the hostel and there’s locals hanging around.

Everything !! A small paradise in Bohol, perfect location to explore the treisure of the island. The owner are super nice, always here to help and make you comfortable. The family dîner are super good, and cheap! I really enjoy my stay here, definitely recommend it

The room was the biggest we've had in the Philippines, also very clean, big & comfortable bed. Hot water shower was a big plus. We had a scooter accident while in Moalboal and they were very helpful, gave us betadine and bandages, even offered to take us to the bus station. Very nice people, thank you for everything.

Nice and clean place with spacious dorm rooms. They also offer a simple toast and cake breakfast which is included in the stay. You can also rent scooters at the place for 350 peso per day which is a great deal. The owner and staff are also super friendly and helpful :).

MAAYONG HOSTEL je tichý a pohodový hostel v ulici Panagsama v Barangay Basdiot, na ideálním místě 250 metrů od pláže Panagsama a slavné sardinky běh a 2 minuty chůze od barů, restaurací a nočního... I actually liked everything, the rooms and the whole hostel are very clean, the food is also very good :) ; There is a laundry service & they help you with all other questions like activities, drivers etc. Besides the great & lovely staff, I liked the fact that hardly any plastic is used & that they try to make everything as sustainable as possible in the Philippines (extremely important for me & which is why I felt all the more comfortable :)
