Hostal Familiar El Ángel Panamá B&B er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Pajonal Arriba. Great rural alternative if you don't want to stay right in the tourist center of Valle Anton. We booked three nights and could not have been happier! The host family was really an example of panamanian hospitality, they looked after us for trips, gave us tips, and even a small tour around the neighborhood. Very sweet people. Auxi, the host, is an English teacher, so you will have no problems with communication. We loved the stay as it gave us an idea of rural panamanian life and access to more hidden spots to visit (including the 'Pozo azul', which you need to go to). Recommend!

Amazing experience, and most friendly and radiantly shining staff and bartenders I ever had the pleasure of meeting. (Who btw have an amazing music taste which you can always hear playing somewhere in the background in the hostel). Another crazy thing about bodhi is that exactly in that hostel usually stays the "probably" best guide and yoga instructor in whole Panama - Jerry. Dalis, Tatiana, Jerry and of course Vladi, you'll always have a special place in my heart. Besonders du, Jakob... <3

I have the greatest experience I could imagine. Very helpful and super nice lady. She did her best and more for us. The room was spacious and clean. So was the bathroom.

Hostal Lopez El Valle Cabañas er staðsett í El Valle og er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, grillaðstöðu og ókeypis WiFi. Amazing experience, I loved the area, the town, the specific location which was close to the centre, but also in a very quite part of it. The views, the nature around was incredible. And what really exceeded my expectations was the air quality - I travelled during the humid season and everywhere else I needed an air conditioner but not here. They DO have an air conditioner but the weather was so pleasant that I didn't even turn it on! Also, the price was great!

Hostal La Casa de Juan er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og bar í Valle de Anton. Gististaðurinn er með sameiginlegt eldhús og grill. I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were SO helpful, the vibe was friendly and relaxed, communal spaces lovely and comfortable, and the free bikes were the cherry on top. Would absolutely stay again.
