Oxford Queenette Backpackers offers renovated hotel acommodation right in the Oxford town centre, opposite the Town Hall and behind the Queenette Dairy shop. Sweet, friendly, and very helpful owner. Comfortable, clean, quiet, with great kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best hostels i have stayed in so far. First of the staff is really helpfull and kind, felt right at home. The hostel is really nice, it has a big garden with hammocks, pool tables, a cinema, an inside living room and a fireplace where u can roast marshmallows every night. The location is good aswell its on walking distance from the beach and the park and right next to the kayak hire and water taxi. Dorms and beds were great aswell!

Nice self grown veggies at the back . Beautiful view through the windows. We chose the spot the stop for 1 night on the way from Christchurch to Te Anau and it was perfect. Place was tidy and clean .

Helpful, friendly owners. Large living/common area with comfy couches and lots of natural light. Shared bathrooms are clean and spacious. Cherry on top was the jigsaw puzzle under construction on the coffee table - was a huge hit with the other guests too!

Located next to Sawyers Creek Global Village offers a Finish Sauna and a small fitness room etc. Guests enjoy modern rooms with stylish décor. Loved that we had a private deck off our room.
