Amazing location, super comfortable beds, everything was nice and clean. This was one of my favorite stays of my trip, I almost wished I had a longer stay. They also had a bit of the Lord of the Rings soundtrack weaved into the mix of music playing and I LOVED IT. Nice quiet songs I think even a non fan could appreciate and just alternated in there a bit with their other music. For me it created such an amazing atmosphere. If I ever manage to make my way back to Tekapo I'd love to stay here again

Set in a refurbished 1874 building, Jailhouse Accommodation offers an on-site café and a guest lounge with a cinema projector. It is 10 minutes’ walk from Christchurch Railway Station. Very clean and organised!!! Very nice staff

Haka House Aoraki Mt Cook er staðsett í Suður-Ölpunum, 200 metrum frá Sir Edmund Hillary-alpamiðstöðinni og býður upp á útsýni yfir Mount Cook. One of the best hostels I have been to, very confortable and clean, super relaxing atmosphere, good to meet people. First time I have slept in an 8-ppl dorm by myself! The best organized kitchen I have seen so far with perfect gas cooker, good and clean dish towel, soap for hands (and it is surprisingly not that that common in youth hostels!) Will definitely come back.

Mountain House er staðsett í Arthur's Pass, í innan við 1,4 km fjarlægð frá Devils Punchbowl-fossunum og 600 metra frá Arthur's Pass-lestarstöðinni. There were so many showers and toilets that never ever have I had to wait for vacancy. Very spacious kitchen with a dining area. Very well equipped. Free coffee, tea, milk. Amazing. Room is very nice and comfy.
