Oxford Queenette Backpackers offers renovated hotel acommodation right in the Oxford town centre, opposite the Town Hall and behind the Queenette Dairy shop. Sweet, friendly, and very helpful owner. Comfortable, clean, quiet, with great kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Haka House Lake Tekapo features accommodation in Lake Tekapo. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Amazing hostel. Amazing location, super comfortable beds, everything was nice and clean. This was one of my favorite stays of my trip, I almost wished I had a longer stay. They also had a bit of the Lord of the Rings soundtrack weaved into the mix of music playing and I LOVED IT. Nice quiet songs I think even a non fan could appreciate and just alternated in there a bit with their other music. For me it created such an amazing atmosphere. If I ever manage to make my way back to Tekapo I'd love to stay here again

Just 2 minutes' walk from Kaikoura town centre, Dolphin Lodge features views of the coastline and the mountain ranges. Guests enjoy free on-site parking. Just about everything (we had the private room private bath). We enjoyed the hostess who lives on site.

Situated Among the Southern Alps, Haka House Aoraki Mt Cook features views of Mount Cook, and is 200 metres from Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre. One of the best hostels I have been to, very confortable and clean, super relaxing atmosphere, good to meet people. First time I have slept in an 8-ppl dorm by myself! The best organized kitchen I have seen so far with perfect gas cooker, good and clean dish towel, soap for hands (and it is surprisingly not that that common in youth hostels!) Will definitely come back.

Set in Arthur's Pass, within 1.4 km of Devils Punchbowl Falls and 600 metres of Arthur's Pass Train Station, Mountain House offers accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the... There were so many showers and toilets that never ever have I had to wait for vacancy. Very spacious kitchen with a dining area. Very well equipped. Free coffee, tea, milk. Amazing. Room is very nice and comfy.
