The Green Elephant Hostel & Spa has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Maastricht. The decoration is amazing. Staff is very helpful and kind. Very complete Hostel and the Spa is a great place to relax.

Stayokay Hostel Maastricht is situated on the banks of the Maas River, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre of Maastricht. The large terrace provides a view on the water. WiFi was free and excellent. The room was big with excellent A/C. The breakfast was substantial and at a very reasonable price. The location was a 5 minute walk across a beautiful park to the old city of Maastricht. The hostel was on the river with a fabulous outdoor dining and drinking area.

Situated in Schinnen, 26 km from Vrijthof, Terborgh Budget features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. We signed up for trail run close to the castle. I was expecting a really basic hostel type situation which was not the case. On arrival we were blown away by the size of the court yard, not even mentioning the sleeping hall which was spacious and clean. The showers were really good as well as the toilets. The following day we were up early preparing for the trail run, coffee was ready and breakfast was served by our super nice host. I am definitely coming back here again if I am in the area again. Highly recommended.

Botel is moored on Maasboulevard next to the Stadspark in the historic city centre. It features free Wi-Fi in the public areas and a bar with an intimate river-view terrace. Great breakfast. Everyone working at the place were extremely nice and helpful.
