Located on the beachfront in Guayabas and featuring a bar, Porã Chacahua has free WiFi. Guests can enjoy sea views. All units at the hostel are equipped with a shared bathroom and bed linen. The teepees are really cool, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Despite being a bit far from town, I enjoyed having the beach to myself and the walks into town. Plus, there's a colectivo passing by every hour. The place was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely return!

Offering an outdoor pool, Casa Losodeli is located in the tropical town of Puerto Escondido, just 650 metres from the beach. It features 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. One of the best hostels I have stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful, the pool is just perfect. The rooms are great. There is a kitchen if you want to cook yourself a meal but there is also a café right there if you feel lazy. The location is great, many local and cheap restaurants close by, 15 min walking to Carizalillo or Manzanillo beach, and really easy access with public transport to Zicatela and La Punta. The hostal offers different activities, it's a great place to meet new people and make friends in a chilled atmosphere. I was supposed to just stay a couple of nights but extended my stay because I felt at home in Casa Losodeli.

Mi Puerto Beach Hostel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Puerto Escondido. Featuring barbecue facilities, the property is located within 300 metres of Zicatela Beach. This hostel is fantastic for solo travellers! I had been travelling Mexico for 3 months and this was the first place I immediately made friends with everyone staying there. The owner created a very welcoming atmosphere and organised group dinners as well as just chilling out with us in the evening. This made it very easy to sit down and get to know everyone. I really appreciated it as I found the other hostels lacked this atmosphere. The place was also very clean and comfortable.

Situated in Brisas de Zicatela, Oaxaca region, Tabachin H is located 1.1 km from Commercial Walkway. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a bus that was leaving at 8pm, we checked out at 12 and they let us leave our bags there until we got the bus, even offering the shower facilities before we left.

We spent just over two weeks exploring every corner of this house, one of the first in the area. Despite the lively atmosphere of La Punta, Frutas y Verduras offers a peaceful retreat. The service was exceptional, thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The property boasts several relaxing spaces, from the swimming pool to the main terrace. Our favorite spot was the 'eagle nest' atop the building, offering a spectacular view of the beach and surf lineup. Breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of toasts, waffles, crepes, and more. We truly felt at home, and a heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire team.

Ideally set in the centre of Oaxaca City, Hostal Nordés features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The place is very clean. Great location. Friendly staff.
