I'd booked a bed in a dorm, and because there was availability, he generously upgraded me to a private room at no extra cost. Whenever I had a question about local experiences, he was a WhatsApp message away (and diligently provided information and happily so) ... I felt part of the family. He also connected me to locals who were able to show me the highlights of the region. The building has charm, the rooms are tidy, and some have recently been renovated. I'd stay here again, in a heartbeat.
