Located within 700 metres of Laos National Museum and 1.4 km of Wat Sisaket, House Of Jars provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Vientiane. I have been traveling for one year in SE Asia and this is the best hostel I've stayed in. Super nice staff, great coffee, comfy bed, good shower and nice little café. Also, great wi-fi. I could teach my online classes here, even though I suggest going to coffee shops nearby to vary the environment a little.

I stayed in many space pods and this one was one of the best. Comfortable and clean bed, small folding table inside, cool design. Big locker located outside of the room which is good decision — less noise. Good showers, always have hot water. Yummy breakfast for a small price — I tried 3 types, all was good. Cute cats and billiard give this place extra points. Good location as well, nearby great food night market.

Set in Vientiane, 1 km from Laos National Museum, Vientiane Garden Hostel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. AC in room worked very well. There are many shower and toilet stalls. All clean. Pool looked good, but I did not use it. They sell Beer there and other drinks not much more than at a grocery store. Staff is very helpful. They arranged a ride for me to the Airport early in the morning. Overall quiet at night. I stayed in room with bunk beds. 3 other guys in there. They were respectful and used ear phones with there phone. I felt safe walking around outside of the Hostel.

Barn Laos Hostel in Vientiane provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very good, simple designed house, really good old time feeling take off your shoes before you go inside or up. Reception guy is ok, prices good, kitchen have everything if need. Shower, toilet big. Rooms space is small but enough space have to the comfortable rest.

Sailomyen Hostel features a loft design accommodation complete with an in-house cafe on the ground floor where coffee is served. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly and accept to pay with Thai bath. Great location and clean room. Safe for solo girl/woman. Restaurant Is also good! Highly recomended!
