Great atmosphere, it felt like home. Jiji is such a nice man ! It is well located, near the train station and also several metro stations nearby.

Everything about this hostel, location and the host ❤️ The place just makes you feel comfortable. Very quiet just like the neighborhood, and bonus that Minami-san the host was amazing 🩷 I have so many good memories in this hostel. Rin- chan the teacup poodle also made this place extra special. This is by far my most favorite place! Highly recommendable !

The guesthouse was extremely clean and the owner was kind, polite, and happy to answer questions. Our room was comfortable and the guesthouse itself is located near restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. If you are looking for a cozy, well-run place to to stay in Tokyo at a reasonable price, me and my group would definitely recommend Tokyo Hikari Guesthouse.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and could speak/understand English. Great host who even prepared amenities for me when I mentioned I wanted to go to the nearby Sento. Embodies the philosophy of 一期一会 and represents great Japanese hospitality.

I felt very welcomed when I arrived there, the staff was super nice and explained everything to me and gave me nice recommendations for things to do close by, also the manager is very nice and kind, we talked a lot. The beds are also very comfortable and I liked the design of the hostel ~
