Situated just a 3-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station, WeBase Hakata Hostel offers accommodation in Fukuoka. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We had a problem at the begging of our stay here, but Shion (I believe was her name) helped us through everything, she was so helpful and cheerful to us. It was my second time at this hostel, and this experience was the confirm I picked the BEST hostel in Fukuoka. I will go back here every time I will be in Japan for sure!

Located in Ukiha and with Kanzeon-ji Temple reachable within 33 km, Hostel&Cafe Farolito provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. The room was comfortable and the shared spaces were clean. The owners were really nice and helpful people. We were late for check-in and they stayed outside waiting for us to make sure we arrived safely. The area was nice and everyone encouraged others to support local. It was one of the best places we stayed at throughout Japan. We definitely want to come back.

Conveniently located in Fukuoka, Fukuoka Guesthouse SHIP offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The staff were amazing, really friendly, and personable. Everything else was good but the staff were exceptional. The hostel was very clean, and the building is pretty neat looking as well. The location was within walking distance of a station and a few notable destinations. No dryer on site, just clothesline. However, there was a laundromat 2 blocks away, so that wasn't an issue. I'd recommend this location to anyone staying in Fukuoka. Great value for the cost.

900 metres from Rainbow Plaza Fukuoka, Hostel & Bar Common de is set in Fukuoka and features rooms with free WiFi. Close to a Lawsons and subway station, super easy to find and has an elevator. Reception area is a bit small so if you have big luggage or lots of people be aware. The hosts were absolutely amazing, speaks english well and is extremely helpful. Facilities like shower room and toilets were clean, and had plenty of room in the girls dormitory for luggage, with a lockbox.

Fukuoka Guesthouse offers a renovated Japanese-style accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood of Fukuoka, just a 2-minute walk from Gofukumachi Subway Station. The property was cozy and everything was nice and clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. There was a possibility to refill your water bottle, or leave your luggage in the storage room even after check-out.

UNPLAN Fukuoka is located in Fukuoka, 1.2 km from Terumo Jinja Shrine and 1.6 km from Nagahama Park. I stayed for 7 nights. At first, I was hesitant with this accommodation because of the past reviews. However, seeing with my own eyes, they have taken really seriously the reviews to improve the property: female-only POD room, comfort room, shower area were clean. Kudos for that! The staff were competent with English and service. They were polite and helpful before, during, and after my stay. The lounge was super nice. I would definitely book here again! I felt relief because there was a receptionist when I checked in (around 9pm). The property is just a 25 minute walk to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (Daimyomachi Church in Tenjin) or you can take the Kuko Line Train and get off from Tenjin station. Then, walk about 5-7 minutes to the church. Also, Ohori Park is just a short walk away.

Attractively located in Fukuoka, Fukuoka Share Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. I like the reception. They were all very friendly
