Being in a place close to the center while it is designed beautifully and clean is something rare.From the moment I got there the crew was extremely nice and always willing to help. They organized activities for us like karaoke night, a pool party and trivia night which helped meeting amazing friends for the journey and for life. Being there feels completely safe thanks to the fact that each individual has a locker, a safe box. The bathrooms are supper clean, the locks work perfectly and it is one per room so you have privacy. If you like clubbing but don’t like walking at night then don’t worry because there is a club as well as a bar and even a community kitchen if you want to prepare your food. By the minute you get there you feel as if you’ve known the people for a while already, the vibes are great and you enjoy an amazing vacation thanks to the amazing crew who cares so much and the guests who are open for meeting people.

The part that exceeded my expectations has to be more explicit to give you an idea of how the hostel and its employees have one of the nicest approaches towards the customers. I stayed on Christmas Eve night in Ostello Bello. A dinner was prepared for the clients who were staying on that day who were involved in a cosy atmosphere with little gifts on whose names were written. Besides the professionalism of the staff, it was well-organized. Last but not least, the lady with glasses ensures your stay with complete kindness and cuteness...

With a terrace, Emerald Palace is located in the centre of Florence, 350 metres from the Cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Everything was great. the staff were really helpful and they even drew out maps for us to navigate to attractions, food etc. The rooms were by far the most spacious I have seen. Location was great!

Located a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Train Station, Plus Florence is a hostel offering rooms and dormitories with free WiFi throughout. It is 1 km from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. It was near the tram T2 station that went straight to the airport which what I needed. Staff is nice and the building is huge with a 24 hour reception desk and a roof. Room is big enough for 8 people and bathroom is clean. You can walk to the attractions within 15 minutes.

Once a 15th-century Franciscan monastery, Chiostro Delle Monache is just outside Volterra's Etruscan walls, next to the Presidio Ospedaliero Santa Maria Maddalena hospital. The place is super cool! It is very good quality-price; we needed to arrive quite late and the attention of the check in was perfect. Is a very nice place and the room is super cozy and good size.
