After years and years of traveling around the world and countless hostels, I can say this is one of the best I've stayed at. The Crossroads Hostel is located in Varadoor, one of the quietest areas of Wayanad, immersed in a typically rural context where you can find peace and serenity. Also the manager of the hostel, Abi, is a great person, always ready to help you. Several times he took me to the bus stop on his motorbike or came to pick me up to take me back to the hostel after some excursions or trekking. It is located just over 20 minutes from Kalpetta, the main center of Wayanad, by and large the focal point from which to reach the start of the main treks. What can I say, I had an extremely good time in this hostel. Nice atmosphere, serenity, comfortable rooms, nice people, clean rooms. If you are in Wayanad look no further.

CosyCove ofrece alojamiento en Ernakulam. A clean, comfortable and cosy hostel that is great for backpackers or short termers. Location is also good as you can walk to the metro station and the jetty.

El House Of Surf Hostel for Women se encuentra en Varkala, a 200 metros de la playa de Odayam, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado gratuito, salón compartido y terraza. Although I only stayed one night the service was incredible. Swati took such good care of me, it was very heart warming. The place was undergoing some construction and I was the only one there (which led to my decision to move) but once they're back on track and full of guests I think staying there will be a blast. Rooms are beautiful, cozy beds and close to beautiful odayam beach.

A LoFT by Asthamaya está en Alappuzha, a 4 min a pie de Playa de Alleppey, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y salón de uso común. The hostel is tiny but super cozy! There’s just two dorm rooms with two beds each, which gives you a lot of privacy but still the opportunity to interact with a few other travellers. Everything is very clean and brand new, I received a towel and toilet paper roll and there were even some toiletries provided in the bathroom. Which is more than I expected for a hostel at this price range. Couldn’t have asked for a better location as its just a 1 minute walk from the beach and just a few minutes from some cool cafés. Really loved the atmosphere but most of all, I loved the people who run the place! Rahul and his partner (sorry I’m horrible with names haha) are absolute sweethearts. They made me feel right at home and did anything they could to help me. Be it from sharing a meal with me to helping me out big time with some issues I had with a kayaking trip. They are the absolute highlight of this hostel! At the price they are offering, the dorms are an absolute steal! Do not miss out on paying the loft a visit.

The Chill House está en Kochi, a 13 min a pie de Fort Kochi Beach, y dispone de alojamiento con aire acondicionado y terraza. The owner is such a great guy! Super helpful in every way possible and an interesting person to talk to. He also gives great recommendations and helps in planning day trips plus he makes great masala chai!
