Excellent kitchen/dining room facilities and a lovely roof terrace which catches lots of sun and is sheltered from the wind.

Such a special place with beautiful landscapes and friendly staff. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I can can absolutely recommend it and will hopefully come back soon!

Adore this little hostel. Ruth is a great host, and the croft house is lovely - warm, and loads of charm with modern facilities. And the location, wow! One of the most beautiful places in Scotland. There's a lot of geological history, and quite a few walks / things to see around Coigach, so it's worth spending more than one night here.

Staff - Karl & Lorna are such excellent & helpful individual. We connected extremely well as Karl & I shared our appreciation of the great director Satyajit Ray and he has also been to my city. So we shared & exchanged a lot of views. Additionally, when my ferry got cancelled due to bad weather, Karl helped me change my reservation from Oban Youth Hostel to Port Charlotte Youth Hostel. In addition, he also helped me secure a bed at the Oban Youth Hostel next day through their own system whereas there was no availability for Oban Youth Hostel on booking.com. Lorna helped me secure reservation at the fantastic sea food kitchen restaurant next door. They are so helpful. Thank you so much!!! 2. Location - Simply excellent. Walking distance to Bruichladdich distillery, bus stop (just 5 min walk), eateries and convenience store. 3. Facilities - Huge Kitchen and Lounge area with super comfy furnitures & fixtures. Open a dram in their lounge on a stormy evening and enjoy a book. You will be lost in your own world. 4. Rooms - Super clean and super comfy with lockers underneath your bed. The bed has reading light, USB charging point, UK type electric plug points and a wash basin with mirror, a table and hooks for hanging your coats & clothes. Super arrangement. 5. Toilets & Bathrooms - Super clean and well fitted.

Murray Library Hostel features free WiFi throughout the property and views of sea in Anstruther. A cosy, accommodating hostel, in an old building brimming w/personality! Excellently located. Woke up to the sound of waves slowly crashing up against the shore. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, the toilets and showers were clean and well-maintained. The bed was delightfully comfortable, and the hostel itself was inviting, charming, and wonderful. Darius was friendly, prompt, and professional. My stay in Anstruther was excellent thanks to the lovely Murray Library Hostel :-)

New Town Hall Bunkhouse is offering accommodation in Whithorn. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The location was amazing …so many walks to do in that area. I got a 7 day bus pass and would take the bus to a spot then walk back along some of the paths and walking ways. The kitchen is absolutely perfect with everything you could need. The hostel is only 3 months old and purpose built as a bunkhouse/hostel.
