This centrally located hostel in Dortmund is 800 m away from the Dortmund Main Station. It is open 24/7 and offers free WiFi access. The hostel was very clean and felt comfortable, had nice shower with a few hooks for one's clothes. I really liked that everybody had a locked piece of furniture (not big, not small, just enough) and that there was a luggage storage free of charge. The breakfast was almost like in a hotel - with various ham, cheese, fruit, bread or roll, mousli, juice, (regular) coffee and various types of tea; and perhaps other things that I've forgotten now.

I personally and my friend were so happy with the hostel. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is a really clean hostel. Each time I got surprised seeing the bathrooms clean. We did not feel that they are like shared ones. In a great location. Less than 5 min go essen hbf which is a great bhf with frequent train options to cities like köln/bonn/dusseldorf/münster. For sure a next time again place for me!
