Set in Ángeles, 18 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Cabañas San Isidro offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and barbecue facilities. Great place for families with kids. We even got invited to the dinner with Juan - the owner of the property, and his wonderful wife and friends. Plus we also got a free excursion in the sorrounding garden where Juan grows mangos, avocados, blackberries and meny other fruits. Absolutely recommend.

Situated in Fortuna and with La Fortuna Waterfall reachable within 5.6 km, Pura Vibra Hostel features concierge services, rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. This was a great hostel. Very nice couple who run it ! Great hostel. The rooms were fab, privacy curtains on all the beds. Hot showers. The kitchen was amazing, everything you could need.

Arenal Sloth Hostel is set in Fortuna, within 5 km of La Fortuna Waterfall and 5.4 km of Kalambu Hot Springs. Friendly and welcoming staffs and they provided different recommendations of where to go in La Fortuna, Free rope swing, hidden gem waterfall.....etc. The hostel is clean, comfy bed, with air-con and nice shared kitchen, but 2 refrigerators or 4 stoves but still not enough because all of travellers use the kitchen for dinner, and some kitchen utensils are not enough during peak period.

Situated in Fortuna, 4.9 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Argdivan Hostel features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to optimize my stay in La Fortuna straight from the start. Compared to everything else I saw, they offer the best rates for all the tours and guide you along the process. The hostel is at a great location, and looks very cute. My room was just perfect and the bathroom exceeded my expectations! Overall, would definitely come back and would recommend to everybody planning a stay in La Fortuna.

Located in Fortuna, 5.6 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Alpha Arenal provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Great place! Incredibly kind host and volunteers, will go out of their way to help you and generally there's a cozy home-like atmosphere. The place is quite new, so super tidy and neat, with a very well equipped kitchen! Got great recommendations for acitivities and had an overall wonderful stay. Can recommend!!

Cozy place to stay with lot of opportunities to hang around like in the hamacas Ort the Pool. Very nice Pool Bar. But above all the hotelcrew is very friendly and helpful. Diego helps organizing local Tours and Transfers. Je is always good humoured and just is Pura Vida
