Way better and cheaper than the hostels in the area. I'm sure you'll love it. They don't speak English, but hey just use Google translate. They even do your laundry.

They were very helpful, had bag storage, clothes washing facilities and we're very kind to provide us with breakfast items the evening before, as we were leaving very early on a tour the next day. The room and bathroom was clean and the outdoor seating area is a nice place to sit and relax. The place is close to the bus stations and the centre of town.

We rented bikes from the hostel to go on a fun ride to Coquimbo. Room was clean and there is a commune area. Rodrigo gave us some great travel tips for Vicuna, our next stop. Super kind and helpful - walked us to the bus station as well.

The stuff is very nice and incredibly helpful. The chef speaks English. She has very good recommendations for your stay and you can easily reach her with What‘ app. The place is though small, very comfortable, clean and cosy and La Serena is a surprisingly nice city with more things to do than you have probably thought.
