Situated in Auressio, a 20-minute ride from Locarno and 30 km from Lugano, Wild Valley Hostel - Villa Edera boasts a barbecue and terrace. Beautiful and relaxed place to rejuvenate. The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. location was exceelent, very friendly staff, the swimming pool was a great extra! very clean and quiet with nice common areas

Surrounded by a lush garden, the Youth Hostel Locarno is 1.5 km away from the train station and the Lake Maggiore. Excellent breakfast with a very good muesli, tasty bread and cheese. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Offering a ski school and a ski pass sales point, Casa di vacanza Giovanibosco is located in Bosco Gurin, 400 metres from Ski Lift Stafla. Very clean hostel. Also very quiet. The staff (especially Franco) is very kind-hearted.

Situated in Ascona in the Canton of Ticino, Casa Moscia is located directly on the shore of Lago Maggiore and features a private beach area. It is very beautiful, well taken care of and services are very well organized. We felt very much 'at home' there. The view from the rooms is extraordinary. The garden is beautiful with lots of different plants.
