The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. Everything - clean, close to both stations and the main sights, staff was friendly, facilities were clean, it was not too noisy at night. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at.

Set in Interlaken, 1.3 km from Interlaken East Port, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. Everything is good. Breakfast was free and good as well. The receptionist was so kind, he provided me a donut as i'd be missing breakfast on my checkout day. The location offers epic views of the place. Its at a walkable distance from Interlaken Ost (east) station. There is an elevator/wheelchair access as well

Perfect for cooking at home with all the cooking utensils, even rice cooker. Spacious room with great view.

Situated in Interlaken, 20 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Adventure Hostel Interlaken features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. The property is allergy-free and is set 23 km from Giessbachfälle. It’s simple, but comfy! And I had a beautiful window view! Friendly receptionists. The location is really good, easy to go even by walking from the train station.

Right next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, Youth Hostel Interlaken is situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. It offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a snack bar.

Surrounded by a park, Youth Hostel Interlaken features table tennis and billiards. There is also a bike rental service, and the Aare Cycle Route starts nearby. Everything about this hostel was great. Location, dorms, hospitality. It’s right outside the interlaken Osp train station, there are some shops close by if needed. Everyone was helpful. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. Breakfast was also good

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal.

Guests can choose between shared and private facilities. We stayed one night at Alplodge and were really impressed. The riverside location was excellent and local lakes were easily accessible by bus with the visitor pass provided. It is right in the centre of Interlaken and only a short walk from Interlaken West station, and is close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The shared rooms are nicely spaced out and our particular room had a balcony overlooking the river. The shared bathrooms are cleaned frequently and the kitchen facilities were good. Our favourite thing about Alplodge is the top floor terrace with beautiful views, I could have sat up there all night.

We cater to active travellers that come to Interlaken to explore the Alps. After a day in the mountains, come home to our hostel where you can clean the equipment and store it away safely. In the guest kitchen, you’ll find all the amenities needed to cook yourself a nutritious meal. No need to plan your meals ahead, as the supermarket is just 2min walk away and open 365days a year. the place is nice and cozy ✨

All of the simply-furnished rooms feature bunk beds. There is a shared lounge and fully equipped kitchen for guests to use. The shared bathrooms are accessible via a covered corridor. Firewood is provided for cooking over camp fires by the river. 10minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station, the warmest and friendliest staff you will ever meet (thank you ladies for the detailed activities and trips we can do in Interlaken itself!), 5 min walk same side as Harder Kulm and will miss waking up to the most breathtaking view of glaciered valleys and clear lakes! Will definitely come back in summer with more family.

Centrally located, a 3-minute drive from Interlaken’s West Train Station, Funny Farm offers great-value accommodation within natural surroundings. It features a summer outdoor pool and a ski school.

The bright rooms of the Funny Farm hostel are simply furnished and decorated in different colours. Some include private en-suite bathrooms, others have shared facilities. I arrived at the hostel earlier before check in time and the staff allowed us to store our luggages for free. The view from our room was amazing. I stayed in a 8 bed room. The bathroom was attached to the room with one toilet and one shower. The location is good, you can go anywhere by bus, the bus stop is close to the hostel.
