The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. Everything - clean, close to both stations and the main sights, staff was friendly, facilities were clean, it was not too noisy at night. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at.

Set in Interlaken, 1.3 km from Interlaken East Port, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. Everything is good. Breakfast was free and good as well. The receptionist was so kind, he provided me a donut as i'd be missing breakfast on my checkout day. The location offers epic views of the place. Its at a walkable distance from Interlaken Ost (east) station. There is an elevator/wheelchair access as well

Perfect for cooking at home with all the cooking utensils, even rice cooker. Spacious room with great view.

Situated in Interlaken, 20 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Adventure Hostel Interlaken features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. The property is allergy-free and is set 23 km from Giessbachfälle. It’s simple, but comfy! And I had a beautiful window view! Friendly receptionists. The location is really good, easy to go even by walking from the train station.

Surrounded by a park, Youth Hostel Interlaken features table tennis and billiards. There is also a bike rental service, and the Aare Cycle Route starts nearby. Everything about this hostel was great. Location, dorms, hospitality. It’s right outside the interlaken Osp train station, there are some shops close by if needed. Everyone was helpful. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. Breakfast was also good

Other outdoor activities, including river rafting, canoeing, sky diving, paragliding and bungee jumping, can be arranged at the hostel's reception. Amazing view, nice service, it was quite to sleep

In a remote location at 1,400 metres above sea level, Bärghuus Axalp offers direct access to the ski slopes. Rooms come with free WiFi and wooden furniture. The guest house features a shared-use kitchen and a common living room which features a TV. Peter is an amazing host that welcomed us with open arms as soon as we arrived. The location is incredibly stunning!! The room is large with a private bathroom and each room has their own specific kitchen supplies. Everything is well labeled and organized. It was so much more than we could’ve imagined and at the price in that area, it’s a steal! Thank you Peter for your kindness!

Youth Hostel Brienz is located on the banks of Lake Brienz, a scenic 15-minute walk from the Brienz Train Station. The hostel serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, available on the terrace overlooking the lake. Free Wi-Fi is provided. it was clean, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, location right by the lake is beautiful, they even gave us female only room when we requested even though we booked the mixed dorm. thanks

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal.

Guests can choose between shared and private facilities. We stayed one night at Alplodge and were really impressed. The riverside location was excellent and local lakes were easily accessible by bus with the visitor pass provided. It is right in the centre of Interlaken and only a short walk from Interlaken West station, and is close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The shared rooms are nicely spaced out and our particular room had a balcony overlooking the river. The shared bathrooms are cleaned frequently and the kitchen facilities were good. Our favourite thing about Alplodge is the top floor terrace with beautiful views, I could have sat up there all night.
