Set very close to banks of the River Rhine, this designer hostel is next to the old city gate of St. Alban. The youth hostel building is beautifully designed and a pleasure to use. Staff were very helpful , our room was small but nice , and the food was great

Just 300 metres from the SBB Basel railway station (exit Gundeldingen), Hostel by Hyve Basel offers budget accommodation just a 15-minute walk from Basel's city centre. Hostelli oli siisti. Vuode oli mukava. Peitot ja tyynyt ja lakanat olivat hyvät. WC ja suihkutilat olivat ok. Sijainti todella lähellä rautatieasemaa ja helppo löytää. Wi-Fi toimi hyvin. Kirjautuminen sisään helppoa ja ei tarvinnut asioida kenenkään kanssa.

Basel Backpack sijaitsee kunnostetussa historiallisessa tehtaassa, vain 10 minuutin päässä Baselin päärautatieasemalta. Basel Mobility Ticket (ilmainen julkinen liikenne) sisältyy hintaan. Super cool place and neighbourhood, it was a novel and captivating experience. The hostel is clean, comfy. The staff is super nice. And it is not very far from the centre. Really liked staying there!
