Hostel Franz Ferdinand is located in the city center, just 10 metres away from the main pedestrian street and 100 metres away from Bascarsija and other attractive and important sights of Sarajevo. Free lockers are provided in all units as well as heating, towels and free tea and coffee for the guests. All units are non-smoking. Good facilities with everything we needed, we stayed for a week and the staff treated us incredibly, the cleaning girls came by every day, they even changed our sheets and towels on one occasion, the location is excellent, close to everything, and it couldn't be better priced

The property has always been kept clean and comfortable. It's a really pleasant place to spend some days in Sarajevo. Very close to the city center (a few minutes by foot) and practical. Free parking only 10 meters away. The staff is young and enjoyable, still reserved but always available to answer any questions, anytime. Next time I'll be visiting Sarajevo, this will be my sweet stop for some unforgettable days.

Latin bridge is 10 km from Pansion Stari Konak, while Sebilj Fountain is 11 km from the property. The nearest airport is Sarajevo International Airport, 2 km from the hostel. We booked the room in 1 h before arriving and the host answered quickly. He is so nice and friendly. His mother is an old lady who doesn't speak English but she is very cute. They treated us to watermelon. The room is simple, nothing extraordinary. Good location, 40 min walk from the airport.
