The staff were all amazing!! Was in Melbourne for the Marathon and they let some rooms available for taking showers after it, kept the luggage safe, even put my food in their fridge! And great location!! Will definitely be back!!😊

Spacious, great location, very quiet. Heaps of safe parking.

The first room we checked in looked like a backpacker hostel room rather than the room with a superior bed that we booked. Extra 3 beds (1 bunk bed + another single bed) for just the two of us. The receptionist told that this was an upgrade. It was smelling terrible, and the carpet was wet due to leaking A/C. When we told that we cannot stay in that room, we were given the next room. Luckily the next room was available, same design, more beds than needed.

Modern, comfortable and spacious apartment with all the mod cons. Extensive and thoughtful provisions to ease you into your trip. Safe and secure building and car park. Great location near restaurants and shops. Very helpful and communicative administration. Recommend and look forward to staying again.

Was clean, tidy, spacious, great location. The only thing letting it down was that we had to drive 40 minutes away due to road closures to get the keys from the real estate and drop them back when we left. Would be much better if a safe could be installed at the apartment.

The remote for the air con wasn’t in the room at all. I had to leave the secured window opened all night. I checked in when staff was there but came back and left when they weren’t there, that’s when I noticed the remote wasn’t there. The step up and down to the shower/toilet isn’t good for someone with a disability but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I did feel safe there though and being a single older person on a budget it was good over all. The staff was friendly.
