Himara Hostel is set in a traditional house with a peaceful garden full of fruit trees, just an 8-minute walk from the beach in Himare. Free WiFi access is available. The facilities, the dorms and bathrooms are very clean and new. Also the kitchen and relax areas. Is the perfect place to work, having a chilled vacation or just for sleeping. The staff is really sweet, always friendly and helpful. You can rent kayaks, bikes from the hostel for a good price.

This place was the highlight of my trip! The owner is the sweetest lady. She doesn’t have much herself and doesn’t speak a lot of English but went to of her way to make me feel welcome. She kept making coffee and food for us (lots of homemade food from her animals and her garden) and got us water so we wouldn’t have to buy any. The morning I left, she even drove me to the bus stop. (Please do leave her a good tip if she does the same for you as she won’t ask for anything in return) I loved the location as it is outside of the city center with a beautiful view (and sunset!) but it’s still only a short walk down to the beach and some supermarkets. Super chill and calm atmosphere and easy to meet and hang out with the other guests. The beds are comfortable and not squeaky and the WiFi was very good. Also appreciated the lockers and the small kitchen. Disclaimer: when I was there, we were max 3 guests at the same time, so the experience might be different during high season.

The rooms are clean and the whole structure well maintained. The most important for us was the private parking. If you travel on motorcycle, stop searching and choose Villa Mehmeti!

The rooms are well-arranged and clean. The staff is friendly and understanding. The villa is close to very nice beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

Good location in city centre but in a quiet street. Good beds, there is a lady that is almost always there and cleans and takes care of the hostel. There is parking in surrounding streets. But there is a parking space for one , maybe 2 motorcycles inside the gate. Safe neighborhood.

This was a lovely little hostel with a lovely family vibe! I would definitely come back! The hammocks and roof are very nice places to chill and the pancakes are really good!
