Muke Village Guest House is situated in Livingstone, within 23 km of Livingstone Reptile Park and 31 km of Victoria Falls National Park. The property is located 20 km from Railway Museum, 20 km from Livingstone Railway Museum and 20 km from Livingstone Museum. The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Victoria Falls.

The accommodation is a traditional village clay and thatch guest house. The beds are very comfortable with mosquito nets and it was nice to have an ensuite shower room. The village is very friendly and safe and has a small but well stocked shop. A Village tour including volunteering in the village school, Nshima cooking lesson and a Zambezi sunset canoe rides can be booked directly with Alex (I highly recommend these). It’s nice to know the money raised is going to support the village school. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you to Alex, his family and friends for making us feel so welcome.

Great location on the main street of the city. Spacious rooms, very outdated but clean and comfortable. Restaurant has an Indian menu which is delicious and prices are very fair. Breakfast is ok but not many healthy options. Staff is super friendly. What is surprising, they offer free shuttle from and to the border.

The beds are comfortable, pool area is nice, aircons are working nicely to cool down the hot temperatures, there's a night guard for safety measures and Caroline at reception was very friendly and assisted us a lot. The daily housekeeping was nice and the rest of the staff was friendly too.

Great location, very safe. The included breakfast was delicious and very generous. The room was very clean and comfortable, aircon worked like a dream! The staff were absolutely lovely and always willing to help. The gardens were also a really nice spot to sit for breakfast or a drink.

Great location along the main street: mall, atm, bus station, petrol station, pub with live music and some restaurants/bars all within walking distance (max 10 minutes for the bus station). The staff was friendly and helpful, the bedroom and bathroom clean. The hostel itself is very nice and surrounded by beautiful trees.

Best Hostel experience in Africa so far. I highly recommend this place to stay in Livingstone. The location couldnt be better. There is a supermarket just on the opposite side of the main road. The staff organize and help you book activities and day trips on the area. There was such a good vibe at the pool too, where everybody hangs out. If I come back one day, I will definitely stay here again.

I've been coming to Fawlty Towers for many years, and it's always a pleasure. This backpackers is very well run and staffed, dorm rooms are big and beds comfy, they have safe boxes (bring your own padlock), there's a coffee station, nice garden and swimming pool, renovated bar and bathrooms... and it's very conveniently located. The best option in Livingstone!
