This is a nice budget property in a pretty expensive town. It's further away from the main sights than the higher priced hotels, but for the money, it's hard to beat.

Great location along the main street: mall, atm, bus station, petrol station, pub with live music and some restaurants/bars all within walking distance (max 10 minutes for the bus station). The staff was friendly and helpful, the bedroom and bathroom clean. The hostel itself is very nice and surrounded by beautiful trees.

Beautiful design with a great location on the Zambezi - convenient for the activities we did nearby - Batoka Helicopter Flight, African Queen Sunset Cruise, Elephant Cafe and visiting the two town museums.

Best Hostel experience in Africa so far. I highly recommend this place to stay in Livingstone. The location couldnt be better. There is a supermarket just on the opposite side of the main road. The staff organize and help you book activities and day trips on the area. There was such a good vibe at the pool too, where everybody hangs out. If I come back one day, I will definitely stay here again.

I've been coming to Fawlty Towers for many years, and it's always a pleasure. This backpackers is very well run and staffed, dorm rooms are big and beds comfy, they have safe boxes (bring your own padlock), there's a coffee station, nice garden and swimming pool, renovated bar and bathrooms... and it's very conveniently located. The best option in Livingstone!
