Nothando backpackers was a really great place to stop and recharge while on the garden route. It’s such a relaxing environment and the place is very clean with a nice spacious dorm. Vinthi was so welcoming from the very beginning. The Baz bus dropped me off early, she baked muffins, made me a nice coffee, and sat down with me to plan out my day. It’s a great location to stay for those wanting to do the Robberg hike. There is a supermarket around the corner to grab water and lunch, and the hostel has a trusted taxi driver who can pick you up and take you there for 120R one way. They are well equipped for Load shedding with lights and battery charges, and the wifi still works during the period. Thanks Nothando for lovely stay!
