The manager of the hotel is really helpful. Due to the Chinese president stay in Vietnam, we got stuck in the traffic and nearly missed our flight. We came back to the hotel and the manager took the 2 of us on his motorbike and we were able to reach the airport in 10 minutes and catch our flight. I totally recommend this hotel !

English speaking owner always tries to accommodate any needs and organised a cheap car transfer to Hanoi city for me. The hotel is in a quiet street with easy access to the airport by car.
