Location in village. 4 minutes walk to beach and supermarket, 10 minutes walk to ATM. Staff so friendly. Clean room and nice garden. Little common kitchen.

My one-night stay at Drifters Zanzibar was nothing short of amazing! The beachfront location is perfect, creating a serene atmosphere with the sound of waves. I liked the vibe of the hostel, it was easy to make friends to go on adventures and hang out around the hostel/pool with. The host, Mohammed, was wonderful and so helpful with setting up activities or giving advice for what to do around the island/give rides to Paje.

Breakfast was fab. Standard buffet with an added choice of two items, perfect for us. The staff were amazing...so friendly and welcoming!! Definitely go there!!
