Very helpful and friendly stuff, always answers your requests with a smile. They have put an extra mattress in our room to accommodate our friend when everything in the city was sold out. The location is perfect, and the free shuttle bus leaves from right in front of the hostel. The supermarket and cafe are nearby. It is very clean and an extremely well equipped kitchen.

I was a few villages down the mountain when a wild thunderstorm hit with torrential rain. It was dark and the roads were flooded. I was quite worried for my safety. When the girls from the hostel noticed I hadn't returned the bike by 6pm, they sent a search party! I was rescued!

The bathroom was listed as being private but separate but it was within apartment so effectively private. It was much cheaper than anything else and more than adequate. Although there was no real kitchen, just a kettle and fridge, it was more of an apartment than a room.

If you enjoy hiking, swimming in the (cold!!) lake, being outdoors this is for you. 45 min / €2 coach to Bled which is beautiful however full of tourists so this is a cheaper more quiet alternative.
