I read the reviews about the staff prior to travel but didn't think much of it (how much interaction do you expect anyway?), but honestly, they were great. The night I was there, I was feeling super nauseous and trying to force myself to sleep when, out of nowhere, the receptionist came up with a mug of hot tea that made all the difference. Quiet location, yet only about 5 mins from a busy street. Good size room, very clean. Clean toilets too. I also shared the room with some pretty cool ladies, which was a nice bonus.

We were greeted by Tiago who was amazingly kind and made us feel comfortable straight away as if he was an old friend. The facilities were always clean, sensationally comfortable beds and great storage for our luggage. The dinners were amazing value while being able to socialise with all the other people staying here. Paula and Tiago were exceptionally helpful with local advice including places of interest, local cuisine and any other questions we had for them. Will definitely be returning here!

It is a nice hostel, not far from the city center. It took me about 20 mins walk to get to the center. Staff is very helpful. I had to get up very early for my plane, and they made me breakfast at 5:30 AM. I didn`t have much time to enjoy all the activities hostel suggested, but I`m sure they do a great job and people can really enjoy staying in this hostel.

This is hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Not only was the staff EXTREMLY polite, helpful, friendly, and nice; but so was the entire place with its atmosphere and even the guests. Everything was clean and suuuuper comfy, not to mention the common areas had all such a cool design, really pretty. And the food. Oh boi, the food!!! The breakfast was an amazing bufe, and, and! they even served free dinner the day I arrived, which was the best most delicious surprise ever. If possible, I'll definitely come stay here again the next time I'm in Lisbon.
