I was staying one night in Coimbra, but the staff made my stay incredible and i decided to stay one more night. The place is in front of the old Catedral with restaurants and cafes all around. There are nice places around. The staff is willing to help you and providing good recommendations. This place was excellent!! If you're going to Coimbra then stay here.

The hostel is basically self check in, i came during low season and did not see any other guests during my stay. Super clean and comfortable bed (don't know when it is busy) No kitchen as described, but there is a fridge and a microwave (no cups, silverware nor plates or a sink to wash things.
