Never saw any staff at all because it's all simple do-it-yourself check-in but that may just have been the time of year. Overall, loved it.

Beautiful view of the zameck and park across the street and the Olza River bridge to Czechia, and an easy walk around the corner to the town center. Wall decorations were attractive and interesting. The host provided very good information about free parking options. Appreciated the coffee and tea supplies and coffee maker. It was also nice to find a hair dryer which the listing did not mention.
