Good location, good food, comfy room with aircon, lockers outside the room, good wifi, free water refilling, but above of these is the staff and the manager there, very welcoming , supportive( and also very funny and positive guy who have to sing more often since he have a good voice (: . It's happened there to enter the kitchen. Very clean!

Great social vibe. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean private room at a great price. Restaurant and bar downstairs is like a great food is all delicious as are the cocktails. We were fortunate to be there for the pub quiz which was such good fun. Highly recommend this place

Good spot, great value. Friendly staff tries hard, good vibes in general. On-site restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. Tours offered are good quality and value. Dorm rooms feel private with curtains and lockers. Would definitely stay here again. High quality scooter rental for $8/day (Honda Airblade).
