We had a lovely stay at this place. The couple who run the place were incredibly welcoming. The friendly host explained everything we needed to know about the house. I had a couple questions and the host was quick to respond. The location is convenient for people who do not have a car. Me and my daughter were on this island on a cycling trip. After returning our bikes at Kamiura rental cycle terminal we took the bus. The house is a 3km ride away (two bus stops). The bus stop (Tatara no Sato 多々羅の里) is right in front of the guest house which was convenient. There aren’t many buses though so be sure to check the timetable if you want to ride the bus. The house itself is comfortable, incredibly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you for everything.

The rooms were very spacious, and the shower and bathrooms were pristine. Complimentary pyjamas and extra amenities, including towels. At the halfway point of the Shimanami Kaido so a great pit stop, and staff were friendly and happy to answer questions.

The hostel is super clean and the interior is very stylish and comfortable! I also would recommend the cafe downstairs, we had a wonderful breakfast! Also, there are good restaurant choices within a minute's distance, we went to Kifune Restaurant and it was an incredible meal with their signature steamed fish rice!

Very friendly staff and nice little room. Perfect stop during the Shimanami Kaido cycling route!

Location is quiet at night, spacious room , refrigerator to store snacks, and a good option if you’re cycling the route in two days. Also a powerful shower to cleanse the day’s grime. Helpful staff !
