We had a problem at the begging of our stay here, but Shion (I believe was her name) helped us through everything, she was so helpful and cheerful to us. It was my second time at this hostel, and this experience was the confirm I picked the BEST hostel in Fukuoka. I will go back here every time I will be in Japan for sure!

Lovely hostel. Cozy and clean. Nice vibe. Location is not that center but convenient with bus and metro.

Hostel Toki feels very homey and is just a 2 min. walk from the Minoshima 1-chome bus stop.

The location is great, close to shopping, eating, sightseeing, etc. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean. I always stay here when I am in Fukuoka.

Close to a Lawsons and subway station, super easy to find and has an elevator. Reception area is a bit small so if you have big luggage or lots of people be aware. The hosts were absolutely amazing, speaks english well and is extremely helpful. Facilities like shower room and toilets were clean, and had plenty of room in the girls dormitory for luggage, with a lockbox.

The property was cozy and everything was nice and clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. There was a possibility to refill your water bottle, or leave your luggage in the storage room even after check-out.

The hostel, as a whole, was very clean and smelled nice. I really appreciated the provided face wash and washing machines. The pillows were also very comfortable!

I stayed for 7 nights. At first, I was hesitant with this accommodation because of the past reviews. However, seeing with my own eyes, they have taken really seriously the reviews to improve the property: female-only POD room, comfort room, shower area were clean. Kudos for that! The staff were competent with English and service. They were polite and helpful before, during, and after my stay. The lounge was super nice. I would definitely book here again! I felt relief because there was a receptionist when I checked in (around 9pm). The property is just a 25 minute walk to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (Daimyomachi Church in Tenjin) or you can take the Kuko Line Train and get off from Tenjin station. Then, walk about 5-7 minutes to the church. Also, Ohori Park is just a short walk away.
