Very special group of people running this hostel. Massive thanks to Paulo, Francesca and Cristiano for being the best hosts I have had in my travels. Location is perfect if you want to explore the chinque terre and do some hiking. Food and service 10/10

Best hostel I've ever been to. It's a very good memory. First of all, the inn is very clean. Thanks to the owner's good cleaning, the residents try to keep it clean (dirty inns tend to get dirtier, but this is not the case). It's very secure and very close to the station. All environments are perfect. 　 　 Secondly, the owner of the inn is a very kind and gentle person. Soooooo nice!!!! also, Many of the residents came to the Cinque Terre for trekking, and many of them were lively, cheerful and friendly. My best memory was the talking with kind people there. With wine in hand, we talked for about three hours in the cafe area. Elizabeth was the only one whose name I heard, but I will never forget all the others. 　 It is definitely a place where you can have a wonderful time. I recommend it with all my might!

Been travelling around Europe for the last 3 weeks and this is my favourite hostel by far! I was greeted at the door by Andrea and the rest of the Costello team and was offered a welcome drink right away. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and they even had pasta night during one of my nights there! Bathrooms and rooms were always clean, there was free coffee and tea and I loved the terrace area. Location is only a 10 min walk away from the station and the staff even helped me purchase my Cinque Terre card at the hostel. Amazing experience!

The hostel is quite simply fabulous. A great location with a great history and awesome staff who, with little encouragement, will go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as you need it to be. It is disabled friendly so if you have any questions please just ask the guys in advance. Jacqueline, Jorik and all the staff will gladly bend over backwards to make your stay even better.

I LOVED how they intentionally built community with optional family-style meals and a WhatsApp group. It was SUPER clean, staff were incredibly helpful, and hostel was in a good location.
