Everything was perfect. The staff is extremely cordial. Room was very clean with all the things one can need. Breakfast was very good. Right in the center, close to everything. Thanks to the owners and the staff, it was an awesome experience.

Venice day tickets was valid till Chiogga. The only minus for us was that parking was around 7 min by foot and appartments itself is in ZTL. So we feel not so safe to drive to unpack and pack back luggage.

The property itself is tiny and is kitted out like you would a boat or a camper van, fold up beds, tables etc. However, it has everything you might need ( except space). They have a nice space outside to sit and relax but it was raining when I was there so not much use to me. A safe place to park a motorbike was included so that was fantastic. Perfect for a one night stop.
